Terms of use
The short version: train smart, listen to your body, and your stuff is yours.
1. Who we are
Bewty is made by Karima Digital ("we"). By using Bewty you agree to these terms. If you downloaded Bewty from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.
2. Not medical advice
Bewty and Coach Jo share general fitness information. Nothing in the app is medical advice, and Bewty doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor before starting a new program, especially if you're pregnant, injured, or have a health condition. Stop if something hurts. You're responsible for how you train and the weights you choose.
3. Coach Jo is AI
Jo is an AI that runs on your phone. She can be wrong, miss context, or say something that doesn't fit you. Don't rely on her for medical, injury, or nutrition decisions.
4. Your stuff
Everything you create in Bewty, including your workouts, notes, and photos, belongs to you and stays on your phone. We don't have a copy, so we can't recover it if your phone is lost or the app is deleted. Keep your iPhone backed up.
5. Using Bewty
- You need to be at least 13 to use Bewty.
- Bewty is for your personal use.
- Don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app, its designs, or its stickers.
6. Sharing
When you share a Peach Print or any photo, you're responsible for what you post and where.
7. No guarantees
Bewty is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Karima Digital isn't liable for injuries, lost data, or other losses that come from using Bewty, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using Bewty after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
