Jo isn't talking.
Coach Jo runs on Apple Intelligence. She needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer on iOS 26, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. Just turned it on? Give her a few minutes to download.
Camera won't open.
Open iPhone Settings, tap Bewty, and turn on Camera.
Can't save a Peach Print.
Open iPhone Settings, tap Bewty, tap Photos, and choose "Add Photos Only." If your phone is full, free up a little space and try again.
No nudges from Jo.
Open iPhone Settings, tap Bewty, and turn on Notifications. Then switch on "Nudges from Coach Jo" in Bewty's Settings.
Where are my photos?
Only on your phone, inside Bewty. Save a Peach Print to Photos to keep a copy anywhere you like.
Getting a new phone?
Back up your old iPhone and restore it on the new one. Bewty comes along with everything in it.
Start over?
Delete the app. Everything goes with it. We never had a copy.
